Just bought a new Toyota Highlander 2021 from Jim Robinson and this was our first time dealing with them. The salesperson was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Also a great plus was since we purchased our vehicle at Jim Robinson we are going to be getting an extended warranty on our vehicle at no additional cost which is great.

I was lied to about the warranty of the power train, found this out at the closing on the paperwork. The salesman said I just needed to do the oil change and it cost around40.00 but you need tire rotation plus (200.00). I also did there online offer for 200.00 I was told I would get it but never seen it called and emailed several times but got different excuses. We also were looking for a used RAV4 they had one was told with fender damage but found out later the whole front end needed replaced. I still have not heard any reply from a week ago. I am from PA so I had to get the truck inspected to find the front Rotor all pitted but it past Jim Robinson inspection hmmm. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The used car manager told me he can't help because I made complaint.
