*They Offer a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty!* I was a Chevy fan up until recently - but cars were over-hyped, too many repairs needed, ridiculous fees, and also generally had rude people at dealerships. Came to this Hyundai (intended on buying a Toyota originally) but instantly was helped and offered a test drive and taught about the vehicles I was interested in. The salesman Sean was great at his job and convinced me pretty quick by comparing prices, features, insurance, offers, etc but was also genuine and not just trying to trick me! On the day of, my considerations were respected and I was given various options on how to save money, improve financing, and decide on insurance options. As a first time buyer, I was able to afford a new calendar-year vehicle, get an abnormally low APR, and still a fair trade-in price on my older car. In terms of insurance, the Straub representative was patient and explained things I did not understand - I even forgot to add GAP insurance (lol) but they allowed me go come back and add it since it was within the same afternoon. I'm leaving with the perfect car for me (Red 2021 Sonata SEL), 3 years of maintenance, 10 years warranty on almost everything vital, lifetime powertrain warranty, and the list goes on!

Excellent service from the point of greeting at the door to exiting with my new van! The staff was very resourceful, knowledgeable and helpful from meeting the transportation needs of our large family, accommodating my crazy schedule and going above and beyond with providing follow up services! Nick’s willingness to above and beyond, to work with us within our budget, and make sure we left with exactly what we wanted ensured the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. We are thrilled with our new Palisade! We found a cosmetic concern in the interior of our vehicle, but Nick has promised to address and correct the issue. I will update my rating if it cannot be fixed, but I do not believe this will be a concern!
