Customer service is a joke just like there internet. They say give us a call and we'll help you out but when you call you're on hold for over 2 hours so what's the point. How about you call me when you're ready to actually have someone worth talking to on the phone.

Poor customer service and awful internet connection. I pay 75 a month and get nowhere near the speed I’m supposed to be getting. Every so often throughout the day, my internet connection’s quality drops drastically.

Just wanted to give recognize the outstanding service provided by Triangle Communications. Specifically Chris, Merritt and Tony. They worked so diligently the past week or two trying to help solve our Internet/WIFI problem. Absolutely outstanding service. They never gave up on helping to problem solve, were very polite, courteous and responded in a timely manner. Now we have great internet/WIFI and couldn't be happier. Thank you for all your hard work. Great customer service. GREAT JOB!
