Compassion, care, professionalism, an effective and proficient treatment plan involving an excellent structure integrated by housekeeping professionals to medical and administrative staff. The programs offer by this facility is effective, is inclusive, and help individuals like me to understand the power of making the right choices and decisions in order to favor your life time. I do thanks them because without this program I couldn’t feel competent to keep going in the road of life. Coming here was a great decision to make, I felt always safe, protected, and understood. I allowed myself to collaborate with the team in my recovery and the collaboration from them flowed so smoothly that I have achieve my goals. Thank you again!

I went in to actually get help! I will never go to any behavioral place ever again! The staff is great , but the program itself is a joke . You sit and color all day as if you are little kid . It was literally like prison. The food was absolutely the worst . Everything. Was fried no vegetables and mentally if you want to get better we all know you need proper nutrition. I felt I was being punished for even asking for help! If you want help I suggest just going to a real therapist!

As someone who works in the medical field, this is clearly the best choice in the area for such circumstances. Thank you Dr. Krein for hitting the mark while prescribing. Complete money grab (aka total scam-like business model). Look at all of the 5 star reviews and how similar they are and how similar the company's response is to them. Then, look at all the one star reviews (like mine), and determine if this is a place you seriously want to consider giving your money to (and you better have 6 figures in the bank for a rainy day to even have that possibility).

Overall an okay start to recovery. Seemed like the doctors saw patients super quickly and opted for a quick diagnosis and pushing medicine. Group therapy sessions were somewhat helpful but could be more engaging in conversations and offering real feedback to help cope. Other group sessions are run by staff that are not therapists, which is absolutely ridiculous. Much of the time the feedback from therapists seemed one-dimensional. Offered CBT workbooks but did not follow-through on the completion, which is a shame. Super quick to take your money, and I honestly feel awful for anyone that comes here without decent insurance. They do not do a good job at communicating and/or coordinating your discharge. Wish they put more emphasis on allowing time for physical fitness. Also think that the policies related to food/beverages could use improvement. I did wait in the lobby for 8 hours after my scheduled appointment for assessment. Be aware that patients coming in with more severe and time-sensitive crises (i.e. suicide) take precedence, so be prepared to wait.
