Cameron and Rodney at the Triangle store were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They called me several times to make sure everything was in order and allowed me to postpone my rental due to the rain. They set me up with my rental at the Manassas store when my desired track loader was dropped off there instead. The Manassas store was efficient and helpful in getting me set up with a trailer and ready to hit the road, even giving me an extra bucket with teeth in case the flat bucket was ineffective. I returned the bobcat to the Triangle store and it also was a seamless and quick process. Kindness around every corner, efficiency, and genuine interest in my project was an added bonus to this experience. I will not hesitate to rent from them again.
