I joined tribe In January as a complete beginner to cross fit, the care, kindness AND motivation from every single coach is remarkable. The beauty of tribe is they don’t care what you can’t do it’s all about what you can do and scaling movements to an achievable goal so you leave every session feeling like you’ve done you’re absolute best (and extremely sweaty). The sense of community within the box even as a new member made it all a lot less daunting. When you’re needing a bit of cheerleading there’s always someone to help you get going again. The small classes mean you have time to ask questions and spend time to work on movements with direct supervision. Doing 1:1 sessions with Jamie has helped me take time over movements I found a bit tricky and work through them slowly until I finally get there!!(thank you for being the most patient person in the world). It has allowed me also to work on things that I really enjoy! Having someone who knows what I’m good at/struggle with means each PT I’m learning and improving. And doing things I could have never imagined at the beginning of the year. Thank you!! Every class and 1:1 at tribe makes my whole day and I am eternally grateful for how much it has changed my little world!

Tried the yellow box early morning. As always Crossfit metcon is no joke. The 3 boxes , wonderful coaches and instructors. Best in town in my opinion. Great team to train with. Surely I will join..
I have done classes and trained with Jamie at TRIBE. The classes are well catered for all abilities and coaches give you close attention. Jamie is a fantastic trainer - knowledgable, attentive and knows how to push you (or hold you back!) to get great results efficiently. I came to Jamie with a number of injuries inhibiting training and not only have I made great strength and conditioning progress, my injuries feel a lot better too. More broadly the entire environment at TRIBE is great - athletes of all abilities that all work together to get the best out of each other. I’ve trained at a number of places over the years and this has to go down as the best :) Congrats PJ, Eddie & the rest of the TRIBE team for creating such a positive training environment.
Tribe are a fantastic Gym with excellent coaches! My favourite thing about Tribe has got to be the people. Whatever I am doing however I am feeling I always have a good time when I turn up to class. The programming is excellent and coaches are always happy to help you scale the workout to suit your specific abilities. Along with the normal CrossFit classes I have worked closely with Daine doing 1:1 PTs and 1:1 Nutrition coaching and I have found him to be very supportive and I have been having great results!
