Over the last year I have NEVER been able to speak to anyone over the phone. On a day where I make it my mission to reach them, I can call every few minutes, and it says all the lines are busy and hangs up on me. All day, everyday. They accept e-mails now (June 2019), so I was pumped and e-mailed them my question and they replied that I should call in. That's it. They are the most unreachable public service I've ever dealt with! Calling them is like a cruel exercise in futility, but they hold so much legal power! It's infuriating and discouraging! I suppose the only option is to take time off work and find a physical office - though with the way their e-mail and phone lines are managed, the office probably randomly changes place and when you finally track it down it's an empty building with a lone sign in it, telling you to call their 1-800 number. DO better! Our housing and lives depend on your services!

Welcome the the regie du lodgement where they do not care about the landlord they allow the tenant to appeal decisions with no proof and post pone evictions by 2 months, 4 months or more while the landlord gets no money for their rent and the tenant lives in the apartment or rents it out for profit. ZERO PROTECTION OF THE LANDLORD IN QUEBEC! USELESS SYSTEM COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED AND NOT RELIABLE. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO BETTER PROTECT THE LANDLORDS! Too many chances are offered we should be allowed to kick the person out after 1 month of no rent. who is covering our expenses????

Si le service téléphonique est absolument abominable, le service sur place lui est excellent. J'ai eu la chance aujourd'hui de tombé sur un agent formidable , très humain et compréhensif qui su me donner de très bons conseils .
