We had a good dinner yesterday. The place is very nice and comfortablw. In general the food is good (hamburger was outstanding), prices are ok (side dishes are a bit overpriced - a very small potato salad 6,90 is way too much), they have a very good wine and drinks list. Although the food and drinks were quite good the best part was the service. The waitress was really nice and helpful. She brought our 3 years old daughter immediately something to eat and was in general incredibly nice and helpful. She did offer an outstanding service. Way to go! If we are ever in Trier again we'll definitely come back. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
Server was very rude since the beginning, not welcoming at all. I asked for an iced coffee and not a frappe, he finished up bringing a frappe and still argued with me about it. I have never seen a server arguing with a client, food looks okay but the service in this place is not welcoming at all.
Superb location. Value for money.
