Their service is a joke. I have ordered something, then their customer service called a couple days later and told me they have to decline it due to coronavirus. I understood. Then out of the blue they started to send me invoices to pay out the items I have never received. I contacted them 8 times (!!!) in a written form, never be able to reach them on the phone so far. I wrote in English and German. No response. Letters still coming. What is wrong with their customer service?
