4/5 stars General Communication: The company does have the ability to communicate via email, which I appreciated. I found this particularly helpful as I work nights. I think, if I were to do it over again, I would ask them to record a video of what they see for the work to be done and email it to me since I couldn't easily make daytime meetings. Project communication: They seemed to be really clear about what the project was, and wrote down details for it in the quote. Only issue I really had was certain things not being taken out of a quote when it was modified, which just required me to follow up. Work: - There was some miscommunication between the day of workers and the project coordinators, which left a couple things undone. However, the owner came out after the fact to discuss and was excellent about meeting my needs during the follow up. I really appreciated the time and care he took in making sure I was happy with whatever direction we decided to take. I think it's rare to find that in a company nowadays. - It came out to about 2k for removal of stump grinding, unwanted vegetation, sticks, leaves; trimming back ivy from house and chimney, and treating with herbacide; removing some pavers and our old shed; treating the ground bee nest (200). Overall, I would say that everyone is very friendly and relatively easy to work with.

Bill never responds back to emails and phone calls. I’ve been calling Bill for several months looking to get a quote on my backyard. He keeps giving excuses that they are too busy. How do you run a business and cannot provide service to customers. I will make sure I never recommend this “business” and Bill you should be ashamed of yourself

These guys are truly amazing. Contract for plowing didn't start until the 15th, but snow storm hit on the 11th. Sure enough, there they were, clearing my driveway. Third year using them and literally ZERO complaints. Thanks.

I have been so pleased with the professional, reliable, timely and reasonable services I have received from Trimline Landscape. I have never had to contact them and ask when they are cutting the lawn. I come home from work and my yard looks beautiful!
