I would highly recommend spending a morning with Kevin and explore and learn about the history and stories from the past of Trinity. The research and the passion for the area are very evident in Kevin’s tour. Thank you very much, loved it!

Kevin knows & loves Trinity, plus he's a gifted teacher. I would love to know more about the original occupants of this area, but considering all there is to cover about Trinity's history, and the other group members' interest being focused more in its colonial history, it is totally understandable. Will return sometime, to pick his brain!

A must if you visit Trinity. Kevin is teacher and lifelong resident. He gives a great history of both Trinity and Newfoundland province. We did this early in a 10 day trip and it gave a great perspective of how the province has evolved and the challenges it has faced in recent decades. 2 hours but it flies by!

A reach back in time! Kevin has done an incredible job researching the origins and importance of Trinity from its very beginnings. We very much enjoyed the interludes of recordings of court proceedings and narration of other historic records that served to provide colour and a better perspective of life in the area prior to the 20th century. The Toope/Toop family roots run deep here and Kevin's family history is interwoven with the history of the area making him an engaged and engaging guide. Being the post card town it is today is no small thing and preservation of the history of the area seems to be in good hands.

Great historical and cultural tour of Trinity. Guide is a long term family that has roots in the area since the dinosaurs roamed the earth . Just kidding but almost!
