Please introduce a friend and support local. Bookings for dining are essential. Trinity Beach opened with a brand-new kitchen to celebrate the re-opening! Clubs are inherently different to the stock exchange listed Hotels and Casino’s, every dollar spent at your Club, owned by you as members, more of it stays within the Cairns community, benefiting you. Supporting Cairns is what we have always done. We are 100% committed to continuing that support, while also providing first-class social Clubs and multi-use sporting facilities, appealing to all ages. Our staff are incredibly pleased to get back to the normality of work and reconnect with our loyal Members. Clubs are more than “just a Club”, and for our staff, its more than “just a job”, relationships run deep. Together, we form part of the social and sporting fabric of Cairns. We are open, stage 3-in a limited and ever-changing capacity. Therefore, please follow us on social media and check our website for the most up to date information before you come to the Club. Rewards points balances, rating grades, MyCash funds have all been preserved during the shutdown. These have been fully reinstated and should be of no concern. Promotions will come back online as appropriate. On arrival to your Club, our staff will guide you to understand our COVID-19 expectations, to keep you, your fellow members, and our staff safe. We encourage you to keep a keen eye out for social distancing and practice exemplary personal and respiratory hygiene. Our staff will be on hand to monitor and help you. If you have any questions or concerns, please see your nearest staff member. Please actively monitor and move away from anyone who is within your 1.5m of personal space. If you are sick in any way, please do not come to the Club, see a doctor, stay at home, and follow all medical advice. Our staff have been instructed to do the same. Please adhere to these expectations, be understanding of the new procedures, respect each other’s space, so we can all move towards a new normal, in the safest way. We encourage you to download the Australian Governments COVID Safe App, and ensure you have your Bluetooth turned on. We will be collecting the names, addresses, and phone numbers of every person who enters the Club. COVID SAFE PLAN Trinity Beach Sports Club will operate under the approved Industry COVID Safe Plan, with strict COVID-19 guidelines and will implement restrictions and changes to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff. We will have many procedures in place to protect the health & well-being of our staff and patrons at all times: Strict social distancing enforced Maximum patron limits for all areas. Entry conditions and temperature checks on arrival, please complete the entry sign-in sheet. Additional sanitising and cleaning of all areas and touchpoints. Hand sanitiser stations readily available throughout the Club. ENTRY CONDITIONS Our patron’s safety is very important, to enter the Club we ask you to confirm the following: Fever or symptoms of respiratory infection(cough, sore throat, shortness of breath). Returned from overseas in the last 14 days. Been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19: (coronavirus) in the last 14 days. We also have the right to refuse service to patrons who are unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms, and by law, must ensure that anyone with these symptoms leaves the premises. Please be aware of the Room occupancy signs for each area as they will be clearly displayed at the entry and floor markings for suitable social distancing throughout the club. Trinity Beach Sports Club will under the current QLD Government legislation, collect the contact information for all customers who visit the club for a period of at least 56 days for contact tracing purposes. Utilise hand sanitiser throughout the club. If you are sick, stay at home to avoid the spread. Keep 1.5m from other people wherever possible and comply with social distancing.
