There was miscommunication and confusion with prices between the workers but the manager was kind enough to offer something to compensate for the experience. In the future, I would like to see prices listed and the deals going on listed in store and online for House of Tans. I think this would help the confusion so this situation doesn’t happen again in the future.

My sister and I both went to the house of tans yesterday to utilize their Versa pro services. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as how accommodating the staff was. My birthday is on Friday and they allowed me to use my birthday tan as I will be out of town at that time. It was also a Tuesday so my sister got her tan (level 2) for just 15! Great value. Thank you we will be coming back soon.
Loved it , very clean great staff, love the variety of the beds. Hot bulbs and love coming. See you today, I purchased a membership. Can't wait to try the upgrades. Thank you. Lynn

Outdated beds & half the buttons are worn off which are two of their level 5 beds. One bed I was honestly scared to get into sense it was like a plexiglass and flexed when you get in. I’ll be going to a different location. Staff is great, business owner needs to invest in better beds.
1 star due to the way they do business.. they advised 77 dollars to the end of the year. My wife told them we would be coming together so they took our money we go in and there is 1 level bed we can use. We wanted money back, they offered us a up grade to the level 3 beds. There only 2 of them. So in 1 month we haven't been able to go in twice due to the beds always being taken. You are going to offer these deals that aren't deals because so many people signed up for this that there's a wait to tan. If people had the time to wait they could just go outside to tan. People don't waste your money here!! Believe me I wont waste mine again. Now the staff is good it isnt there fault but same on you owners. O and called the one down the street on little 1 level 2 bed. SMD .
Amazing customer service! I had a little spray tan mishap which quickly fixed with no stress! Thanks ladies !! I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in town!!
I have been going to House Of Tans for 6 years now and I can’t say enough good things about the Trinity location and the employees. They’re always so sweet, friendly, and welcoming. They are also extremely knowledgeable and always give the best advice when you’re looking to try something new. Highly recommend.
