I am truly impressed by the professionalism and sweetness of all the staff . The office had a nice touch of warmth and they truly made my family and I feel welcome. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend Trinity Oaks to anyone in the Keller/ FTW area. Simply the BEST!

They make the experience relaxing and everything feels natural- not a clinical procedure to be completed. I am really happy I chose this place. Karen Sue was amazing. She really fixed up my appliances, and I am super pleased. She was so kind and nice. Dr. Brown was equally as wonderful, though Karen Sue took care of the major reason I was there. I will tell others about my visit and encourage them to go there too!!

It’s been 10 years since I’ve been to the dentist, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Based on the reviews I felt very comfortable at my first appointment....but you never know. Upon walking in I noticed the waiting room was adorable, and the front desk was friendly and helpful (even when I had a bit of trouble with my insurance). The dental hygenist (I’m kicking myself for forgetting her name) was so nice, and within minutes we were cracking jokes! Dr. William Cody Brown was very kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel perfectly comfortable. Just what you want in a dentist! A few recommendations were made in a respectful way...nothing too pushy. Turns out I didn’t have a single cavity! Anthropologie here I come! OH and the prices are perfectly reasonable. Thank GOD! Overall I give this place a 10/10. I’ll definitely be visiting them in the near future. If you haven’t found a dentist you’re happy with, I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Trinity Oaks.

Very friendly and understanding staff. Detailed on what work needs to be done and giving best course of action. Up front with all pricing options to continue. Visiting the dentist is by far not my favorite thing to do, but the staff made my visit very comfortable. So comfortable, I’ll actually keep up with my needed scheduling. Thanks again Trinity Oaks!

This place is very nicely decorated inside with games and movies to keep your kids busy. The receptionist/assistants/nurses are incredibly nice and funny! Super easy to talk to which is comforting. The dentist himself is wonderful. Explains everything and is very reassuring. He also works super fast so you’re in and out.

I want to apologize to Dr. Brown and his amazing crew; Karen Sue, Ashley and Audra for not leaving a review sooner. I've visited several dentist in my life and by far Trinity Oaks has provided the best dental experience ever . From the time you walk in the door, You are greeted with Audra's smile; even with her mask on that make you feel right at home. Then you meet Karen Sue and her reassuring warm personality that she will take good care of you. As Karen Sue lead you down the hallway to your room, you are graced with the bubbly and joyful voice of Ashley. Her personality make you forget you're at a dentist office. Then you meet the angel of the office; Dr. Brown. His personality, approach, method, gentleness, sensitivity, precision and professionalism is what keeps me coming back. When you can fall asleep during a major tooth extraction or a dental implant with no pain, the quintessential quality of his work speaks for itself. My wife had bad experience at a previous dentist office and has vowed to give Dr. Brown and his Team the opportunity to restore her trust in dentistry overall. If you're in need of a dentist, I could not recommended a better dentistry than Trinity Oaks Family Dental & Orthodontics Fort Worth, TX.
