Any other year, I'd give 5 stars. Not today. My June 6th appointment was moved to 6/27. Then it was moved to 7/5. Today Kim told me a message was left 6/26 by Vanessa to reschedule. But that phone call was to tell me the tech was sick, so I was reschedule for today. Never got a message or call to confirm or reschedule today. Maybe because of the holiday? But that’s no excuse. So here I am, rescheduling with Kim, who feels awful about my predicament, for 7/8 at another office. Both times before I called back to reschedule. Since I did not receive a call or message, I could not do that for today. In the future, I'll call the day before to confirm. Unfortunately 7/4 was the day before & a holiday. I also should have rescheduled the first appointment (6/6) to first available at any of their offices.

the absolute worst telephone service ever... wait on hold then get transferred 2x to same girl who obviously thinks it's funny & transfers you back to scheduling who never picks up.. you would think that such a large medical facility would have more than ONE phone number to make appointments.. finally was able to get someone to make appointment for 2 tests to be done & just my luck I got the nastiest appointment setter on the planet.. here's a hint; If you don't like your job then quit don't make clients suffer for.. according to the appointment setter person::: \this is it take it or leave it\......

Erica the Radiologist was great she took great care of me wife even when she was cranky from a broken foot. Erica was very compassionate and professional. The front desk not so much.
