I was referred to Trinity Surgery for a procedure by their Specialist GP, and a letter dated 28th Jan was sent to me for an appointment on 3rd Feb at 1340. I arrived at the appointed time to find the surgery locked up for lunch. When I eventually raised someone I was told a) the GP was working from home that day, and b) that he rejected the referral on the same day the appointment letter was being sent to me because it was not his area of expertise. Shortly thereafter I received a text from said Doctor saying he rejected it because my Surgery had not obtained funding for the procedure. Talk about inefficient - I wasted half a day when I should have been at work; I undertook what turned out to be an unnecessary journey in a time when we are supposed to be avoiding doing that; and to top it all they couldn't even get their stories to match. Very unimpressive!

This surgery has a zero tolerance policy against abuse to its staff. Sadly this policy doesn't go goth ways from surgery back to patient. Doctor Gangadharan was rude, abrupt, not an ounce of empathy to his name and uncooperative. You get the idea. New to the surgery and this was my first appointment and first impressions last. Left the surgery after appointment seriously upset and in tears (not great for a 51 year old male). Practice manager offered apology next working day when I rang to complain but there are other surgeries in Wisbech, recommend you shop around before deciding on these people. Dr Gangadharan is one of the practice partners which makes this even worse.Would rather be ill than see Dr Gangadharan again. However, reception staff are fantastic and practice nurses are a pleasure to see..

The past few weeks I have been coming quite regular to the surgery, reception staff have been excellent, and debbie allsop has been absolutely brilliant with me talking through my problems and understanding and supporting me couldn't wish for a better service thankyou so much

16.03.2018 I have booked and appointment for my 10yo daughter, because the symptoms of her allergy are increasing. At the time of the visit we did registered with automated register machine. We waited for 20 minutes with no response... I have asked what is the problem that no one is calling us for appointment? After 10 minutes received an answer that the doctor we were about to see is not in the building!!!!???? What is this???!!!??? I've had to pick my daughter from school earlier because of the appointment and getting nothing??? Running to the GP to be on time and???? The doctor was having a home visit and nobody informed us about this. There was no one to take his place and see my daughter... This is dismissive attitude and discrimination. And not the first time...!!!! Thinking about changing the GP due to this kind of treating. And just because I am not english? That is what I feel every time this kind of problems happening....

I see Dr Gangadharan when ever I can, he is by far the best doctor at this surgery. I've seen one other Doctor that misdiagnosed me so badly I had to ask for a 2nd opinion from Dr Gangadharan, he immediately saw the problem, apologised about his colleague and put me on the right track. He makes this surgery the 4 stars I've given it. The other doctor knocked off the last star.
