Very disappointed with the way my problem was handled. My husband was quoted one price on Saturday. Then I get a call from the staff that an error had occurred and we owed another 105.00. I called and left a message to be called back by the person leaving the message. He was busy and I was told he’d call me back. I called back and he answered the phone which he seemed bothered that I called back. I informed him that I was calling back to speak to the office manager. Which he replied she was busy and would call me back she did not. I called back today and spoke to a manager and she proceeded to tell me they handled the problem correctly. By calling me the next day. I told her we were the only customer being taken cared of at the time we picked out my husband’s glasses. So therefore, this error should have not occurred. She said that they have been understaffed for sometime now. I told her that if they are understaffed they shouldn’t over extend themselves. If you are short handed don’t over book yourself. I understand you are a business and are in the business of making money. Don’t waste our time and money because you can’t handle the business. I now have to go out of my way to go back and get a refund. Don’t recommend them and will not shop there again. Gave one star because it would not allow me to post without choosing a star. Doesn’t deserve that star. Thank you for a bad experience.

Trinity Family Eye Care has issues with poor quality eyeglass lenses. Over the past two years I’ve had three prescription changes. Each time the lenses were not right and there were multiple remakes done, still not culminating in sharp vision. The first response from the staff each time was , “It takes time to get used to”. Also I was told my prescription is so high “it takes fine tuning”. The final straw was my last pair of glasses made there and when I put them on they made me feel like my eyes were crossing. I was told again “It takes getting used to.” With the eye strain they caused I’d had enough and went to a completely different, well known, Tampa ophthalmologist who immediately tested the glasses and found they were made wrong. I ordered new glasses from the new place and they were perfect. I had paid 600 out of pocket for the final pair of lenses that were no good and I was met with resistance, and attitude changes from the employees, when I asked for a refund. In this day and age when companies work with the customer on all levels, this is not what I experienced here. It took three trips to the store and multiple phone calls to get a refund for a defective product that I couldn’t use. My teenage daughter has had the same issues with multiple remakes and not being able to see out of her glasses. I was unwise to stay with them as long as I did. Lesson learned.

Staff was friendly yes but I did not like my frame at all and they would not give me a refund and it was only a week that I had them so I had to pick another pair and now I have to pay more for something I don’t like but have to deal with because they don’t give refunds. And it’s been 2 weeks and have not heard anything from them on my new glasses go to call them and they R closed on Wednesday what business is closed on a Wednesday??? So I will be going back to where I was B4 at least they have purple frames in the style I like.

The folks at Trinity Eye Care have been wonderful. While we were in Marietta, GA, Carrie went will above the call of duty and called multiple eye doctors in order to arrange for a pair of contacts for my son. She was wonderful!

Great customer service. Convenient & close to my work. Doctor usually gives me contact samples to try out or to get me by until I order more. Been going here for several years (before they moved to this building) & I plan on keep coming here in the future!

I have a difficult prescription. My children (8 and 9) have also complicated eye problems. Dr. Leslie Church has done a wonderful job with my kids and my vision issues. Prices are average for an upscale Optical Center and so far, my kids' complex glasses and our exams have been fully covered by our insurance. For a Carrera frame, with trifocals and polycarbonate lenses with scratch resistant coating, my co-payment was 36. I do not consider that outrageous. I will keep recommending them and giving them my vision care.
