I would not recommend this place to anyone. Built poorly. Our place is 1.5 years old. The bathtub broke 2 weeks after we bought it. Was finally fixed 2 weeks shy of a year later. Gave the excuse that it broke cause they dont use supports in them anymore. The tub may be fixed but the guy they sent busted the drywall and didnt out the tap back on right. Still isnt fixed and it's been sitting this way since august. all the little things like doorknobs, fixtures etc are cheaply made and will fall apart. But today was the kicker. I discovered while having a shower that i have a sway in my roof and is some what soft. It's pretty bad when you buy a brand new mobile home that you worked so hard to get and you have nothing but problems with it since day 1. Save your money and go somewhere else to purchase
No water shut offs for any taps, Poor quality material, corner cutting, roof leaking, roof sagging, water pipes saw marks, entire blatter filled with water, ceiling staining, bad leveling, poor customer service, Hotwater tank poorly installed, Hotwater tank TP valve empty just under floor..., unsecure water lines...the list goes on and on ... Probably one of the worst built homes ive seen,

We have heard nothing but amazing things when our parents purchased from Expert RV, and our parents can't get enough out of the use of their Park model. Best product and best service staff ever, everything was taken care of that my parents were promised. My dad can't say enough about a Keith from Expert
