One of the best restaurants in Trnava. The only suggestion i can give is to make reservation due to the small hall the restaurant offers (unless you are happy to be placed in the bar area).
We had a very nice lunch in the Patriot pension. Our meals were very tasteful with a lot of different flavors in it. The staff was friendly and the setting was Cosy. I would certainly reccomend it!
