Brought my wife a classic scooter for Christmas unseen, knew nothing about them as a business. Asked for photos which were sent the same day, I asked and payed for a new seat which wasn't on the bike when they delivered it, full of apologies, said said pick one off eBay and we will pay for it including delivery. So the problem was resolved quickly. Wife is waiting to take her test so she is riding it round the garden, starts really well, bike as described and well worth the money. So great, really happy, would buy from them again.
