Very quiet & floor distancing well marked out. Shop floor, counters and checkouts spotless. Shelves very well stocked with offers on a full range of vitamins and health & wellbeing products.Essential to brighten up this unnatural climate we are living in

I see some people have had good service unfortunately I wish I could say the same. I had a terrible experience from this store, the small bauldy man that is in charge of prescriptions is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional and made my experience in the store a living hell, I have filed a complaint to boots head office regarding this guy, he needs to show some more manners in the way he speaks to customers and the way he conducts himself. He made me feel embarrassed as he was raising his voice when speaking about my prescriptions infront of the whole store which at the time had a fair amount of customers in it and they customers would clearly know what my health conditions were. After that happened I feel I now need to do everything I can to make sure this person dosen't just get a slap on the rist or his collar felt he needs properly spoken to and dealt with properly. Hopefully he is dealt with accordingly so he dosen't do the same to another customer and I will update my review once boots head office replies to my complaint regarding this bauly guy. Sean

Excellent service from Kerr the Pharmacist, my wife had a bug bite on her arm which was causing pain, we asked for advice and got great service, cant ask for more than that .
