Arturo was hands down efficient and effective! Very professional and polite. He listened to all of my concerns about my car, reassured me that everything would be handled properly, and nothing would be out of pocket for me. My car was completed in a very timely manner. There are literally not enough GREAT things I can say about this place. I will never take my truck anywhere else. This last trip was over someone hitting my truck in a parking lot, they got it back to me today....5 days ahead of schedule. The work is always amazing, but the biggest reason I kept coming back is because of Dustin Abbott their Assistant Collision Director. He is the ultimate example of customer service. He knows how much my truck means to me and kept me updated through the entire time it was in their care. He was even sweet enough to send me progress pictures, because he knows being away from my truck to me is almost like being away from my child. Any shop can do good work...but Dustin makes you feel like family, and there just aren't many places left that can do that. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby. You have my business forever.

I cannot say enough good things about Trophy Nissan. I recently needed some work done on my 2019 Nissan Altima and I didn't trust any other body shop to take care of me and my car! Every staff member is friendly and professional. They communicated with me throughout the entire repair process to keep me up to date on the repairs being made on my vehicle. My vehicle was ready right on time! Of course my car was beautifully clean and detailed when I picked it up and every repair was done perfectly. The staff at Trophy Nissan treated me like family and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs!
