This is an incredible store and all of the staff is very kind and welcoming. I used to go SCSA but was banned for life because I have a medical condition that makes it hard to wear a mask over my nose, and I wouldn’t do that so I had to find somewhere else to be a customer at and they were very kind, helpful, and always considerate. The security guard - Campos - is a very nice and thoughtful man and always good to see him when I visit. It’s a nice little community and the employees there will know your order and your name after a few visits, so you always feel welcome.

This morning I waltz in to Tropicanna and am greeted as usual and was then greeted by Gabi, awesome woman, helped me out with what I was looking for, I explained I'm a disabled Veteran with jacked up limbs and joints and suggested some product shared a personal experience that made me feel like I was in great care. Love this place! They are always super knowledgeable and great in customer service! Ky is definitely our go to bud-tender! She remembered us from last time, knows what type of stuff we love, and ALWAYS knows what to show us! We always are looking forward to another trip!
Tropicanna is a great place to get some Marry Jay. The staff are all so nice, they always answer my questions with a smile and loads of helpful information. They also put up some decorate for each holiday. It's good prices for products but this place does not include taxes into base price so bring some extra dough to cover the State and City taxes. All and all I will keep comming back here to get my products.
