The plumbers that Apollo sent out, Justus and Duane, were very professional and did a good job from start to finish. We had a blockage in our sewer line; the guys used a hydrojet to clean out the drain and then scoped it out with a camera, discovering a break in the sewer line outside of the house. We've already accepted their bid to replace it. I was impressed with the level of meticulousness in their taking photos, describing/explaining the issues with our pipes (we have a hundred-year old house) and they cleaned up after themselves. Looking forward to working with them again.

I have experienced poor communication from Apollo customer service. I was quoted 300 - 350 to repair a frost-free bib on an external hose line when the technician arrived. The tech didn't have the correct part with them, so they had to drive to a supplier. When they returned and fixed my bib, (which only needed to be screwed on by the way, no soldering), the final bill was 650; way over my quote and astronomical compared to the average price to fix the same issue that I researched. Contractor acquaintances and friends who have had the same work done were shocked to hear how high the cost of the bill was compared to the work done. I've been trying to reach management but have been given the run-around for several days now. Every day I am told I will receive a call from a manager, and have not a call, which is very frustrating. The problem boils down to the tech claiming that they couldn't find the part number due to the tag being removed from the hardware and had to drive across town for a part. There were identical bibs on my home, as well as the home next to me that had tags that the tech could have used. Had I known that I needed a part number, I could have gladly researched it so that the tech could have had it on hand when they arrived at my home, and I could have avoided an extra 300 on my bill. Due to the failure of communication on Apollo's behalf, I was forced to pay for the time it took for the tech to drive to find the appropriate part, which is unacceptable. Make sure this doesn't happen to you! ***EDIT*** I was contacted by the manager at Apollo and they were able to adjust my bill to the original quote, which was very much appreciated.

Paul Rouse was very easy and professional to work with. He listened to my concerns and moved forward with solutions. I used a competitor a few days earlier who was only interested in telling me why he could not snake the drain and everything else that could be an issue down the road. Very happy now with drain line unplugged. I will use Apollo for my next plumbing needs.

I have been practicing real estate for 20 years and feel like I replaced half the sewer-lines in this town. I am a managing broker of 70 agents, responsible for all the continuing education classes. The class they teach is perhaps the most valuable content related to residential plumbing issues, sewer lines, and another water related plumbing issue you might be experiencing on your property. They also have the state of the art equipment for repairing sewer-lines that doesn't require your entire yard to be dug up! We have a hand full of preferred vendors and they are one! Love this company.

Wayne, the tech who visited us, was friendly, professional, and quite motivated in the performance of the task at hand. He was obviously experienced with the things we needed to have done and moved with a purpose never wasting any time on our dime. His appreciation of the potential charges was evidenced by how fluidly he moved from point to point, also in no small part in performing the needed clean outs with high attention to detail. He was there to get the work completed, do his best, AND keep the job to a reasonable/minimal time if possible. Often it is what it is, but if someone drags around, spends time on their phone, then bills you for an extra hour or two, the feeling you have is one of being robbed, not paying for a solid service. Plumbing is a needed function of any home ownership, but the folks providing the service can make or break the experience. A gentleman like Wayne makes one feel like they were taken care of professionally and fairly along the way... Intangible: he was a pleasure to be around. Very relaxed personality and a joy to have in our home, working on our property. The conversation was fluid, but not wasteful and I would not hesitate having him again to perform services for us even if I wasn't home. Very honorable personality. Highly recommend Wayne and the company.
