I have been visiting this clinic for almost 3 yrs and Dr Francisco Castillo has been my doctor. I recently had eye lid surgery and the result is amazing. My eyes look better and my eyesight has improved. Dr Castillo is a great doctor.

First time at EyeHealth Northwest and it was a positive experience. The staff was friendly. I was seen quickly after I finished my paperwork. Dr. Truong was very attentive. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Will definitely be returning. Pleasant experience overall.

I have had excellent care at this clinic for several years. Everyone in the office is exceptional. I recommend them to all my family and friends who have eye issues.

The staff here is great! From the time you walk through the doors the receptionists are pleasant, smiling, and very mindful of your information security. The wait can be sometimes a bit longer than expected but, emergencies do happen. The technician s are through in photographing the eyes,, checking your eyesight, asking questions, and applying eye drops for pressure checks and dilation for the doctor to check deeper inside the eye. This is all in my case, others may be different. The doctors are just as thorough if not more. They are very pleasant and tell it like it is. My visits for the past 10 years have been very positive and I can never think of going anywhere else except to other EyeHealth Northeast locations.

Not so friendly customer service. When I realized I wouldn't be able to look at glasses with my son due to his dilated eyes I asked Girl A (friendly girl in blue scrubs) if we might come back later to look at glasses as I needed to use this insurance money today. She told me regularly I needed an appointment - which was a news flash to me. She very kindly went in to ask a doctor if we might be able to come back. The doctor (in orange and red) came out and told her to have us come back at 3:00 since that is when people will be picking things up. I heard him say it myself. Then Girl A politely came and told us to come back etc. My son heard her say that as well. We came back to a not-so-friendly Girl B (maroon pants black sweater). She listened to what I said, told me that couldn't happen without an appointment etc. I explained again that we were told and I heard the doctor say the same thing. She went in and 'asked' - I'm guessing didn't ask Girl A or the doctor. She came out and told me I must have \misheard\. Definitely not the best way to talk to a customer that is feeling ignored. I know what my son and I heard. Now my insurance money lapses and I get to go back a third time to look at glasses. Awesome.
