Our water heater started leaking pretty bad this winter. It was old and needed to be replaced. This is a rental property so I needed everything done to code! This was going to be a difficult install as the water heater is confined to a very small space and there is water all over the floor. The heater itself is also a special item called a low-boy built at half the size of a traditional water heater! These kinds of issues usually come at a premium rate but we were delighted to find that Fast Water Heater does not gouge their clients. My installation technician, Mr. Gomez carefully explained all charges and how he would proceed with the installation. He also put in a pan with an exterior drain so the floor wouldn’t get wet in the future! I got all this great service with my brand new water heater for the best rate in town! I am overwhelmed and thrilled to have used their services and definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance in the Portland area!
