Enjoy nature’s bounty of waffle grilled cheese and soft serve ice cream from Sugarpine while watching rafters and kayakers tip over into the water after misjudging the curve their route would take on the water. (Everyone is safe as the water is shallow.) Truly a mini paradise.

Winter is low population, great for off leash dog running. Summer is crowded with water seekers.

Beautiful park we with picnic area, walking trails and swimming in the Sandy River. Very popular location! Sugar Pine Drive In is also located here. So we don't have to drive anywhere else for the amazing soft-serve ice cream!!! ️

What a great place to hang out on hot days. This pebbly side is across the sandy river from Glenn Otto which you can see is more of a sandy beach in photo 2.

I love the park. Great for river fun. If you take the trail to the right instead of going to the left where the lifeguard stand is it takes you up to the end of the park. I love floating up there then down when I'm ready to leave.
