Location is everything and Sandy Riverfront RV Resort certainly checks a lot of boxes! As you can see from the photos the views here are fantastic! The manager here is darling as is the resident Bulldog mascot. There are friendly folks all around this park. The park sits relatively close to train tracks but we like to hear the sounds of the trains. We would recommend Sandy Riverfront RV Park and we will return. Our only regret was that there was no availability for a longer stay. Happy New Year!

Pretty park on a pretty river. But if you come after hours or on a Sunday no wifi or bathroom codes. Overpriced without those. Friendly neighbors.

Pros: Great location with lots to do in surrounding suburbs, Troutdale is very cute, really nice community park across the street, quiet, sites are good-sized, river is indeed sandy and fun for kiddos. Cons: Customer service lacking, dog poop everywhere!, bathrooms only open 8-12 right now (March 2021). We’ll visit the area again, for sure - but will find somewhere else to stay next time.

Visiting family and friends who are staying the whole month here and it is as peaceful as you will find. It has an amazing Pacific Northwest surrounding filled with friendly staff, wildlife, birds deer and all around the beautiful Sandy river. Very quiet park with everything you need. Love this place.

Great expensive parking spot for the night. We checked in on a Sunday and therefore had no access to wifi, showers, or laundry. Right by the airport and the railroad so it is by no means quiet or resort-like... And definitely not worth the 55 we spent.

A nice laid back place to stay. The manager runs the park well.

The park is clean and the surrounding area attractive. Unfortunately all of that was offset but excessive rules and enforcement. We had a pet enclosure for our dogs. We were informed even if the dogs were in the enclosure they had to be on a leash. We could not even open the door to let them go outside to use the grass for a brief moment without hooking them up to a lead. We also had an employee knock on the door and tell us to move our door mat since it was on the grass. When I went to empty our garbage the dumpsters were locked with a sign saying they were locked between 8:00 pm and 7:30 am. We were staying here due to being evacuated from our home. Those hours were when I was gone at work and as a result we couldn’t dispose of our garbage. Cable at our site also did not work.

Rude and uninviting. She was doing me a favor by just speaking to me. Don't bother unless you are old and grumpy.
