After booking an appointment, setting aside other arrangements and travelling to Faded from somewhere that isn't that nearby, it was important that I get a good haircut. Long story short, the barber didn't even cut my hair because 1. I didn't know whether I wanted a low medium or high fade. This was something that I couldve decided on within seconds with the tiniest bit of guidance. But no, in his own words, he didn't want to cut my hair because he was convinced I wouldn't be happy with the end result. Well I guess he mightve just been s*** at cutting hair. Instead the barber was rigid and unreasonable. He then continued to be massively rude to me, saying I wasn't giving off a good vibe, before taking the tissue off from round my neck and asking me to get up. He then bragged about how many bookings he has and claimed he didn't need anymore customers. Overall I came out feeling hugely angry, offended and irritates because I had set aside other plans for that haircut. Never experienced anything like that before, thevcustomer service was abysmal and the atmosphere was hostile. Customers are not made to feel comfortable at all. The barber was offered a cup of tea but I wasn't as the customer? Considering how extortionate the prices are, you'd expect to be treated well. Could not recommend less.

Their flyer says "Walk ins welcome 7 days a week". I've now walked in twice when it's been empty and asked if they can fit me in there and then. They've looked at me as if I've asked the craziest thing and told me I need to make an appointment the next day or day after. I walk past the place ten minutes later and it's still empty! I guess they don't need the business. I won't be trying again, either as a walk in or an appointment.
