I've always wanted to try acupuncture but never had the courage. After dealing with severe nerve pain associated with fibromyalgia in my arms, I needed to find a relief as quickly as possible. My PCP has prescribed meds and I have been using lidocaine patches to help ease the pain. Nothing I have tried could compare to the relief I got from the treatment I had today. I had acupuncture and cupping and I was able to raise both of my arms above my head for the first time in 4 months. I forgot what it feels like to be pain free. Dr. Xu is very knowledgeable and focused on relieving your pain before you leave.

Great place to get cupping therapy done. Was pleased with the service and would highly recommend this place!

I had a great time there and would reccomend it to anyone. I had wet cupping done and felt much lighter when it was done.

So I had a 930 appointment at Troy acupuncture. The doctor showed up at 935 to open the clinic. Then gave me paper work which took 5 minutes to fill out however she was gone for 15 minutes. My gut feeling at that point was to leave. The entire practice is cluttered, dusty, dirty, and smelled of mold and mothballs. Just when I was going to leave she came back. After a few questions. She started placing needles. Now I have never had acupuncture but most of them hurt a lot! I have a pretty high pain tolerance however she was annoyed every time she had to adjust them. At one point she laughed and said I’m pretty sensitivity. After what was supposed to be an hour session she came in took out needles and had a guy come in to give a leg and foot massage (I have muscle and tissue issues ) in my legs. Now during my needle appointment she kept talking to some body. However during the leg massage she kept hailing a full blown argument in Chinese with him and someone else. At one point all three of them can in and she was yelling at them in Chinese. He was so strong and aggressive in my legs and feet that I can barely walk today. Multiple times during the appointment and when I was paying she kept saying horrible mean People we’re writing bad reviews about her. And that I better not. I am as a warning. Stay away from this place. Now I was in my car by 1050. Including waiting 5 minutes for her to come check me out. I paid for 1.5 hours of acupuncture and leg massage. Knock 25 minutes off for me waiting on her I received 65 minutes of an uncomfortable loud smelly dirty experience. How she has good google reviews I don’t know. Go elsewhere

I initially went with a Groupon for reflexology. My reflexology appointment wasn't what I expected, however while there I discovered that she does focused acupuncture, and I had JUST quit smoking. I signed up for the 2 sessions to quit smoking, and it worked! Then I signed up for 2 sessions to assist with my weight, because I didn't want to gain too much from quitting smoking, guess what, I lost weight in the process! I am a believer in trying everything, and if it works for you, embrace the heck out of it and enjoy the changes in your life!
