Victor was attentive and so very patient as he spoke with our mother and he took the time to listen to her and to understand what she wanted and why. Victor and his team have made the estate planning process easy to understand and very streamlined and easy to implement by whoever is chosen for the task when the time comes. This is a large and complicated process that they have organised into a format that puts everything in one place such that the person who is left with the task will be able to fully understand your wishes and have all the tools to facilitate them close at hand. Most of us have not thought this all the way through, Victor and his team ask all the right questions and put the systems and paperwork together so that your loved ones are not left with a mess during an already stressful time after your passing. I also liked that it was a flat fee for the whole package without any hidden costs. It is a great comfort to know this is all done for when the time comes.

My uncle who is blind and had a stroke so he is limited in his mobility, loved the customer service, the professionalism and the fact that no one at this office that we encountered made him feel uncomfortable with a bunch of legal jargon. Lawyers can sometimes get a bad rep for being arrogant. NONE OF THAT HERE!!!! Mike and Victor worded in a timely manner to get his personal business taken care of to give him a piece of mind. He cannot stop saying how nice he was.. I myself was very impressed and glad that my uncle felt comfortable because being blind and dependent upon others can make a person feel suspicious of people they do not know especially being elderly.
