Troy is the best attorney you will find here in Missouri. His experience and determination is uncanny. I had the most complicated custody case you could possibly imagine. Anyway, Troy and his staff were amazing through the whole process. Troy is extremely understanding and easy to talk to as well. I couldn't wait for my consultation with Mr. Leavitt as he had been highly recommended. I came to his office with the intent of hiring him that day to help me navigate this. I've been married for nearly 30 years and we have owned our home for over 25 years. I was the main breadwinner until 10 years ago when I became disabled. My wife began doing so many shady things out of the blue lately and wanted a divorce. Mr. Leavitt gave me 13 minutes of his time to tell me she gets everything and I would get nothing! I wouldnt get my house ( that I purchased as a individual). he said I wouldnt get alimony even though Im on disability of less than 1k monthly and she makes 50-60K. He said it didn't matter if my wife cheated in marriage (she did..I have medical records as she gave me a std) After only 13 minutes of his time, telling me I get nothing no matter what, he told his secretary to charge me 100 for that 13 minutes of time and was out the door and in his truck before i was done paying. I felt taken advantage of. You decide.
