Every employee here that I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn't feeling great initially after my procedure (just a reaction, they did everything correctly), but they were patient with me, giving me crackers, company, and time to slowly get up without feeling dizzy. I felt very safe and cared for, I could tell everyone there wants the best for their patients.

I was a little skeptical when i had to make an appointment here due to all the bad reviews.. but my experience was amazing. I did get there 30 minutes early because i knew i had paperwork, and wanted to be considerate of their 4.00pm closing time;my appointment time being at 2.30pm. Every staff member from the very first face i saw, was extremely polite, compassionate and friendly. The office/waiting area/medical room/bathroom was super clean. I highly recommend this office.

I made an appointment, arrived early, and then still had to sit in the room for over an hour before anyone came to see me. I even opened the door and asked the receptionist if I was forgotten, that's how bad it was. Then when I was finally seen, the doctor seemed to be in a rush and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
