I try to make it in 1-2x a week if my schedule allows. It's a warm and welcoming environment and I always leave feeling better than when I walked through the door. I also love that we aren't packed in like sardines (not relaxing to me) and the instructors that I have had so far (4-5) are there to help everyone with their practice whether they are new or experienced. I feel very at home with the Red Lotus community!
