They put windows in my condo and the frame by the window ended up getting a big crack in it and they won’t fix it. Would not recommend.

My wife and I could not be happier about our windows. They are beautiful! The quality of the windows can only be surpassed by their friendliness and professionalism. The install guys did an amazing job and the outside metal wrapping work is extremely impressive. We had 4 window companies over for quotes and chose Tru Fit. We obviously made the correct choice. Very professional company. The staff is friendly, and service oriented. They replaced eight windows in my home, and did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable, and the warranty is excellent. There was a stress crack in one my windows when it arrived. They quickly took care of the issue. I recommend them.
We hired Trufit to install new windows in our entire home. When it came time to complete the job they took out our front picture window and tossed it aside, and pulled the new one off the truck. The new window was measured 10 inches short. The answer...board up my window area with plywood and 2x4s. They ordered a new window...and it took a month to come in! The owner of Trufit refused to address the issue directly, and asked the project manager to deal with me. He was nice enough, but it did not matter...we had a boarded up house. The installers also scuffed up our paint, and the project manager said it was done in a shoddy way. He said he’d touch up the paint as a courtesy...and he missed 2 windows. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS!!!
