Excellent quality Windows and the installation was first class. We had a couple of minor snags, not in any way Tru-plas' fault but these were dealt with very promptly. The Window fitter arrived on time each day and worked very hard. We are over the moon with the quality of the installation and the overall quality of the windows and doors. A very happy customer. Thanks to Karl, James and the team for a pleasant and easy customer experience.

'Return to Sender'. Beware of after sales service! Very disappointing after sales experience (or complete lack thereof). Had new uPVC front door and a few windows installed 4-5 years ago. Contacted them re. front door letterbox lid that had rusted badly. - Began with a short telecon and per their request I sent a photo via email so they could track a replacement down. Was informed it would need to be a whole replacement 'box', not just the lid. - I had to chase them approx. 3 weeks later. It had become apparent to me they'd done nothing (they asked me to send a pic, I reminded them I already had! - They promised a return call that day with an update. No such call. - I chased them again, with a promise to call me that day. No such call. - I emailed them asking for the details of the relevant supplier of the letterbox. No such reply. - Phoned again leaving voicemails x2. A bit impatient now, I have them approx. 48 hours to respond. Nothing. Trying to be as objective as I can, I think I've become a bit of a nuisance and 'too much trouble' for them, TBH. I'm very disappointed with them and their lack of professionalism and not doing what they promise to do. But that's OK. In my desperation I looked and went DIY - it transpires the lid is easily removable (held on by just 2 plastic runs going L/R with pins on end). It's nothing a bit of a sanding and a couple of cans of spray paint and some wet sanding can't fix. They were very responsive when we were enquiring about installation. Alas not so with after-sales. I note their testimonials on their website are all concerning the quality of the initial installation. There are none on aftersales service. Just informing you of this, my experience, so as to potentially help any of you out there in making decisions. Caveat Emptor.

Had our conservatory done by tru Plas a few years ago and recently changed the roof to a solid one which they did as well. Staff helpful and friendly in office and workmen excellent.
