Replaced Freestyle bindings under warranty due to old baseplate breaking. Helpful giving me a great discount on new Cartel X bindings but didn't tell me about 10 charge to screw in the new bindings, and he kept the extra EST hardware that comes with the new bindings. I should have just done the trade and told them I'd install myself as I do twice every season instead of paying the extra 10 and losing the extra hardware. Little shady and after your wallet

Sol personally invested in ensuring that I was set up with the right equipment. His expertise and care for the sport is contagious. I have some old Burton bindings that I snapped on the mountain. I came down to see what a new set would cost and they were a little more than i could do right now. Solomon Arthur the store manager at Burton looked at my old broken binding and told me he had the piece that broke. He fixed my binding with a new part for 20. Thank you so much Solomon, i as already a huge Burton fan, but your customer service has made me a lifetime customer. Go see them if you need clothes or boarding gear.

The guys in the store were very helpful. I went in for a heat mold on my boots and had great conversation with Will. He showed me all the gear and showed all the pros and cons. Overall a great transition. If your in the village and looking to pick up some gear or kill some time with a heat mold I would stop in.
