Went in with boots that I couldn't have on my feet for more than 10 minutes without some pretty extreme pain. The guys were able to identify my problem within 5 minutes and before an hour was up I walked out with my boots on my feet, had some lunch, and hit a few runs before the lifts closed pain free. Thanks guys!

These guys will match the right boot to your foot and skiing/snowboarding preference, and then do the work required to make boots actually fit, which is something almost every other ski shop brushes over because it takes attention, know-how, and time. Given how important a well fitting boot is to your performance (regardless of level), and also comfort, I would not buy a boot from anyone else in Tahoe. Also, these guys are a hoot and the fitting experience was a ton of fun!

These guys are expert boot fitters who will ensure your customer satisfaction. Returned today after determining the new boots I got there weren't working out for me. Daryl set me up with a new liner in my prior boots and refunded me the difference with no problem. Awesome customer service!!
