The staff here are rude and extremely short sighted. They wouldn't lend me a screw driver to use literally inside the shop to make a quick adjustment. They claim it's because we didn't rent from them. This is exactly the customer service that makes you never want to rent here or recommend to friends. I would totally understand them not doing adjustments on boards other than theirs, we're talking about letting someone use a screw driver in front of them. The shop was also completely empty of customers, also not inconveniencing anyone.

Was there on 12/23. Staff was supper nice. Get this, at the end of my day I was god offal tiered and the kindest girl that was working there came over and without asking helped me with the buckles and proceeded my return. There was a guy there who took a lot of time giving me hints and tips and made himself available. So. They were cool.
Super rude staff. Was asking some pretty basic questions and the dude behind the counter snapped an answer back to me like I was an idiot. Do yourself a favor and go to a place with some customer service.
