Excellent customer service. One of my skins broke while they were cutting them to my skis (which was the fault of the skins, not the ski tech), and they gave me a loaner pair to use for an entire month while they waited for a new tail clip for my skins. And then they repaired my broken skin for free. They definitely didn't have to do that, as it was clearly not their fault, but they did, and now I'm stoked to continue spending money there.

Awesome experience here. I walked in without an appointment on a weekday evening. Yohannis was attentive and informative in helping me try on and learn about ski touring boots. He spent over an hour working with me, explaining different boots and their benefits. He helped me feel comfortable in the boot by adding quick little modifications (inserts & toe pad). I did not feel pressured to purchase - in fact I walked out of the store without buying, but did come back 2 days later to purchase. Yohannis remembered me, set me up with my boots, and reminded me of their return policy in case the boots didn't work out during my weekend ski tour. I love the boots and am keeping them and will be back for service & shopping in the future! Thank you Yohannis!
