The PO is always super understaffed and they’re still incredibly nice and helpful. I always have good experiences, no matter how busy they are.
No passport services as of 12/2020. I made an appt online, arrived and was told “we don’t have that service.” Going to Peavine PO in Reno for passport.
Don't expect delivery of any parcel that won't fit in the mail box. Apparently they only hire people who can't walk to your door
The employees are always so nice here, helping me ship out my artwork to buyers off Etsy. During my last visit in particular, Rachael went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Truckee USPS!
Does anyone know how to contact our post office on Bridge street? After donating over 30 face masks there I had a clerk (clerk#44) there today tell me how she refuses to wear one. I have an inbox full of requests for masks so if they refuse to use them I'd like to get them to where they belong. Please help me make this right. I have been trying to do good and it seems some people here is Truckee dont appreciate that so lets make this right. (In addition to at the end of my sending packages of masks to donate to social workers, nurses, firefighters all over the country she tells me she could have sent them first class for half of what she just charged me) this is not how Truckee strong works. Lets show them that.
Super friendly staff that are always willing to help. Customers just need a little patience during the holidays when lines are longer. No need for complaining about a line when you’re making it.
