Don't like to leave bad reviews but very disappointed in the service received. High call out charge, did not return to rectify fault or inform us would not attend at the agreed time. As a landlord with multiple properties we find it very poor service.

Really friendly guy, our condesor pipe froze and instead of coming and getting an easy call out fee helped me sort it over the phone. Rare these days to find an honest and knowledgeable tradesperson. Thank you.
