I’ve had good and poor experiences with True Insurance. They are very inconsistent so you never know what you will get. There have been times where they reply in minutes or hours; HOWEVER, most recently, Mary failed to cancel my homeowner’s insurance after I sold my home, and I received no reply to my numerous messages over many weeks.

True Insurance is a great agency! I have Commercial Auto and Motorcycle policies with them, and have had Contractor's insurance in the past as well. They are super helpful and available. It is definitely worth working with a good local agent!
