I always have a positive experience with Kathy. She listens to my concerns and answers them in a way I can understand. I never feel rushed. It is nice that Kathy has been there for me for many years so I feel like she knows me. and my medical background.

Dr. Gordon is the absolute best. I hadn't seen him in a couple of years, but he greeted me like he just saw last week. He is informative, friendly, and he really listens to all of my concerns. When there needs to be a plan of action he includes me in the decision making. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Gordon & his staff made my visit a pleasure.
Charles was excellent! Paid attention to every detail, took great care of my mom, and left no stone unturned. He paid special attention to my concerns I have for my mom and explained her course of care clearly. Awesome! Cardiac Specialist are professional, caring, and super friendly. Thank you!
Charles Staples, APRN, was terrific. It was my first visit post-Pacemaker implantation. I had a lot of concerns and questions. He took the time to explain his answers to my questions/concerns; and even brought up various computer screen info to demonstrate things to me. I never felt as though I was being rushed in and out. He showed a genuine interest in me and my health. I received a phone call from him post visit. He noticed that a particular test for something on my recent blood tests was not performed and ordered same for me at Quest. And he is a proud US Army veteran as am I. Five Stars does not seem like enough.
