Yesterday was worst experience I ever had in a finish line. I went to the Trumbull, CT Store to pick up my raffle win for the Jordan 5 Ghost Green along with my girlfriend. While their we were treated with rudeness, and indifference from the manager. We were told that we could not use our Status Rewards on this purchase and we we asked why we were told “maybe you should read the Terms and Conditions before assuming something”. I reviewed the terms and conditions and I found nothing stating that Jordan releases are excluded, in addition this was not an issue last week for the Jordan 1 Satin release. When I asked how we could reach the district manager with this issue, we were told “they have better things to do then listen to complaints from customers.” and to call the 1-800 number on the back of the receipt. She then refused to provide us her name and walked into the stockroom ignoring us completely. I have not been treated like this in any store, let alone with a company I spend literally thousands of dollars at.

Very nice people working there. I love shopping there. The people are genuinely interested in what you want and how much you have to spend. You get that one and one attention, not like the other sneakers stores.

Came in for a return and I watched the cashier Shantel (name on my receipt) count out my money and try to short me 20. Good thing I watched and counted it back out right in front of her.
