Alex fixed my cracked screen 8 months ago and today I went back in for a phone case. Both times he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone. Well done Alex!
I had 2 screen protectors put on here for the Samsung ultras and less than a week they started to come up disattaching from the phone. I spent 75.00 for two phones. I went back to the store asking how they can fix it or even give me a refund. They pretty much told me no and the problem was my phone case. My phone case is the same case I had when they put the glass protector. The 2 gentleman should have told me that before I spent 75.00.. this place is deceitful.
The gentlemen at iFix Here were very professional and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty in assisting my daughter with accessing her data to her old phone. We were very appreciative and delighted with the high quality of service we received today. Thank you!!
