If I could rate a place 0 stars I absolutely would. Was recommended by our pediatrician (no longer our pediatrician). This place has absolutely no customer service skills, they lack compassion, or even human decency. They are not kid friendly. We took our toddler here and it was a completely traumatizing experience. I do not recommend to anyone. Such a poor experience

Every time I go here it seems it takes so much longer than necessary, and if you ask the person in the front a question (about the long wait despite only a few people in the waiting room, whether I can do a sample drop off, why their website isn't working to make appointments so I could've avoided the walk-in wait, etc.) they never have a clue. I'll drive the extra few minutes to get to the Newtown Quest location - I've had much better experiences there! I've given the Trumbull location a chance the last 3 times I've needed lab work, and I think I'm done.

Visit this location whenever require blood drawing and other lab services. Always find the staff friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and trying to please patients. My results are posted promptly so I can easily view. Great hours opening at 6AM. Very pleased.

A really poor experience. They will ask for your credit card and tell you that there is a "co-payment" - even when your tests are covered in full by your insurance. They claim they are just "holding" the account info in case they don't get paid by the insurance. Numerous complaints to Corporate about this have resulted in no change in how they operate. They seem like a real scam operation and don't know how to manage their business.

The signing in process is unfair, a younger person with computer knowledge will sign in quickly and older person will take them much longer, even if the older person was first in line 10 people will go past him before he is done completing their annoying signing in electronic form, and there is no one there to help the older person, total garbage.

There’s one person there in particular who is just awful...I’ve never met such a mean, nasty woman before! The other staff members are all super sweet but this particular girl has ruined my experiences there!

I made a 9:30 appointment for 5/13/17 for my 19 month old. When it was 9:45 and we still had not been called, i was frustrated. Then the male staff member took a second person who arrived after us and without an appointment. I spoke up and he was very rude and responded with an attitude. I would have expected a more courteous response given the crying toddler in my arms. When we were finally helped 20 minutes after our appointment time, the male staff member was talking negatively about me to his patient. I couldn't believe the shear unprofessional behavior to which he had the nerve deny he was doing it. I have been going to this location for years and have never been treated in such a manner. I will never go back.
