My Name Is Nobody

I did wonder why the ratings were so LOW. This group was referred to me by my primary. I have called multiple times to set up an initial consult. Have left messages with the machine, the answering service(during regular business hours) and even their receptionist. I have gotten ZERO calls back over 3 weeks and 7 calls. Of which only 1 was left on the machine. If they can not handle simple customer service, it makes me wonder how good is the rest of the group to include the doctors.

Honestly, the woman who had talked to me on the phone was quite rude and shouldn’t be in her position. Judging by all the other bad reviews on here, I’m assuming others have had the same experience. If that woman sees this, lighten up your attitude. There was no signal of the call coming to an end, I was just hung up on. Most likely nothing will come out of this but maybe that individual will see this and realize the way she speaks to customers has an affect on their perception of her as well as the company she works for. If you are reading this, thank you for being rude over the phone.

I have been a patient here for about 5 months. My doctor recently quit about 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to get a refill on my prescription for 2 weeks now and no one can seem to help me. I have tried to call multiple offices. I am suffering because of this practice.

The front desk staff is absolutely horrible if you deal with any type of anxiety or depression. My anxiety increases just knowing I have to speak to them and/or see them. I don't know who gave any of them a position working for a facility that deals with mental health - but clearly that person only cares about a monetary profit. The women who run the front desk are not only rude, but they are hateful and mean for absolutely no reason. They don't care about anyone's feelings - all of the patients are burdens and/or annoyances to them. Unreal.

Worst office I have ever been in-they did nothing to help my family member after I called for emergency help and never called back-do not use them unless you want to end up back in the hospital

the reception is rude, impolite, and impatient but I LOVE my psychiatrist. She is so nice.

I have been going here for the past 5 years. I have always had problems with rude office staff and them charging me for missed appointments that I didn’t make. I only stayed here because I loved my doctor. When I called to make an appointment and get a refill on my medication, I was informed that my doctor left the practice. I was not notified of this beforehand, and they didn’t seem to care that I would be without my medication
