EDIT: I received a call from the depot manager a few hours after leaving this review and problem sorted same day and, to their credit, they seem to have resolved delivery issues, and they answer the phone now! I'd give a minus score if that was possible. The Penzance Depot closed recently and all business transferred to Truro. Service wasn't great before: failure to deliver leaving us with no gas during very cold spells, not answering phone etc but they always got back to us and the staff were lovely. I ordered gas a week ago from Truro, was informed it would be delivered today, no delivery, rang the depot, answer machine, left message and of course no callback, there never is. They leave you hanging, totally unreliable. DO yourself a favour and DO NOT order from this company, customer service is shocking.

We have been with Calor now for 18 months and they have been a very hardworking trustworthy organisation. We had a issue with one bottle leaking recently and the delivery driver came and replaced it quickly and was very thorough in his checks. They even had a back up driver and bottle who actually turned up just after the replacement. I'm very satisfied with their hardwork and service.
If there was a choice for 0 stars Calor you would've received it. Ordered gas by voicemail left on Truro answerphone, no return call made to tell me the delivery time is now 2 weeks because they have drivers off with Covid or isolating. Then told after actually getting through to a two person manned office that delivery would be 20th....its the 20th. No gas. On 1/3 of a bottle on two and two empty. Calor you've not covered yourselves in glory taking on the Penzance branch custom. Rubbish! I recommend Firewood supplies in Laity (near helston).
They sell gas. They deliver gas. Their price is the best locally. All you have to do pick up the phone and speak to the rep. They'll let you know the delivery day and install/remove bottles without you being there. Delivery people are always friendly too.
Web site says phone regarding collection/exchange, 6.8.20 voice mail says they only deliver......
