Our family visited the Truro store on the 30th December. A member of store staff named Ollie assisted us with what we wanted. Ollie went above and beyond to try and help us get a good deal but unfortunately ended up being out of his control. Ollie’s customer and communication skills were executed and we found him to be polite and cheerful within his job role. Would definitely recommend the Truro store.

Great store for household items. I only recently came across Dunelm and I was impressed with the wide range of items available - from kitchenware to curtains, bedding, rugs, furniture, decoration items, bathroom items etc. If you need to pick up some items for your house it's worth a look. Has a cafe upstairs for when you need a break.
Great store. Lots of goods 2 make ur home a comfortable place 2 be. Also sells Christmas goods. Staff extremely helpful & polite.
Dunelm is a lovely store so helpful. Clean but the toilets need to be cleaned more regularl especially the sbend of the toilet and the taps need a good scrub. Be nice for we ladies and small children which needs to use them, to have wipes to clean the seat each time. Especially with this horrible virus still at bay!
